All applications must be accompanied by price documentation. ANY ONE ITEM (EITHER GOODS OR SERVICES) IN EXCESS OF $250 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A MINIMUM OF TWO DETAILED COMPETITIVE BIDS. Grant application must be submitted prior to the intended project.
